Garbage. After using it for a few months it stopped working (showed new mail notofications but the folders were empty and i could't read any message. After deleting cache, reinstalling app it shows the cryptical message "An error occured" after the login page. I also have 10GB of free disk.

When moving a conversation to a folder, it shows the lists of folders, then you have to select the folder and click OK. This ok button is unnecessary. It should action only on selection of the folder. Similar to Gmail or boxer app from AirWatch. Also, when moving emails to folders, it should not move the entire conversation but only that email.

NO RECALL option. One who is used to using outlook for many years ends up going to sent items and getting frustrated not to find one. Messaging like interface and we at times forget this is email client and end up in embarrassing situations. No option to confirm before sending email either!!! Notifications show an email and I have to wait 2 seconds for app to refresh.

Perfect for Outlook on Mobile I was going to give 5 stars, if like BlackBerry Hub Inbox I could change the notification LED colors.. By default LED for Outlook is Blue and I can't find a place to change LED colors and sound notifications per email account.

There is no way to setup an exchange account, since this option appeared once and never again. Only available options are IMAP and POP3. No way to get a response from support. Cannot even create a ticket since the app will not proceed to setting up the account.

May 2020, trying to work from home and thought this app would help. Nope. Managed to connect to office server, then it stopped updating. Missed a few work emails until someone called me. Reset does nothing. Try reinstall, but as I'm not at the office and can't remember the server details off by heart, I have to call IT... Why can't I see saved settings anywhere? Billy, I hope you make loads from your vaccine, and that it works better than this. I made it work by not entering a description.

Keeps crashing when I tap on certain emails. It goes all faded then crashes. Happens with my phone and tablet.

Doesn't work on Chromebook, Unable to scroll through messages which makes the app unusable. Move to folder doesnt work either. If you have a Chromebook don't waste your time. And of course Microsoft support is non exsistent

It has started randomly opening all the time and was not fixed with update on my tablet. I have a labtops now that lets me check my email on my browser now. It will not let me change the order of my inbox mail, can't search for certain mail in all my folders at once including spam, will not let me program what folder my mail should automatically go like when using a browser, and when you look up mail from a person or company you can not select all. So, I deleted it.

"sync contacts" is greyed out and can't be activated = no contacts anymore! Why did it just happen? 1. Why is it not possible to deselect some individual folders to be shown/synchronized? E. G. Inbox (to avoid reading mails during vacation - but still be able to see the calendar - without deleting the complete account during vacation time) 2. It's still not possible to move mails to folders if you have lots of folders and subfolders, as it's not possible to close all folders for easy access

WORST APP EVER! It took me two hours to get this to accept my work email and credentials, and then three weeks later it stopped syncing, and it could only be fixed by resetting the app. I am now on hour four trying to get it to accept my settings (my work e-mail is an exchange server and I know for a fact that it works and the settings are correct - I am a member of the IT dept here). Microsoft really needs to get their heads out of their collective butts and fix this. Stop telling people the problem is with their ISP - it is not.

I'm using this with a Microsoft Exchange Server account. The Outlook app frequently stops syncing email. You don't even get a message that the sync didn't work. I know that the problem is with the Outlook app because the email does sync on the native Android mail application which I also have sync'd to the same account. That is bad. Reboot of phone (Galaxy Note 10+) usually gets it to start again. Since yesterday it has not sync'd with no error messages. Often emails will get stuck in drafts rather than being sent. If does not sync drafts with the Exchange Server, so unless you check the Drafts folder on the phone, you would never know. It misrepresents the number of messages in Drafts (count shows 2, but there is only one stuck there). If you open Drafts on the phone and try to re-send, you do get an error message and you can click for more information and you get a message saying "Service Temporarily Unavailable" And a message saying "Microsoft engineers are aware of the problem and working on it" and to "please try again later". What's the point of an email program that doesn't sync email? Furthermore, the contacts sync is TERRIBLE. Absolutely terrible. It randomly merges completely unrelated contacts. For example, I had a person Linda Lastname with a name and phone # only. It got merged with a Marriott Courtyard entry in my contacts. Linda Marriott Courtyard Lastname, and it threw away her phone number. No way to turn off this merging, even if you turn off sync in the account settings on the phone. Most importantly, this unwanted merge has lost dozens of emails. When it doesn't merge contacts, it randomly duplicates them. I had one contact replicated 52 times (not an exaggeration, I actually counted). Several got replicated 30x or more. Does not like contacts created in Exchange Server, those seem to be the ones that get scrambled/duplicated. I would understand if it was a non-Microsoft mail account that it had problems with, but this is an official Exchange Server. I would avoid this software.

Since installing, I've lost the ability to click on a link in an email to open it. E-transfers cannot open from my mobile. Other emails with links won't open either. Not sure if this is an email issue. I get "Samsung app can not open this app". Help!

This use to be a good app, but since the last update half of my pdf attachments won't load and this is very annoying as my children's school send pdf files (letters and school work), I'm having to ask parents for the letters and work, I even installed a pdf reader app and not just use my WPS office and they still work won't, very frustrating.. Please fix this ASAP

Welp, looks like my last 2 star review, was deleted. That's OK, because what was bad before, got worse. The last Outlook update made my years long email, nearly useless. NOW it's totally useless. Outlook won't even text me a code to reset....TO THE CORRECT PHONE NUMBER! I have NO CHOICE but to abandon MS live mail forever. I can no longer rely on Microsoft to handle work related emails, and emails for my kids school. Pathetic. Looks like my kids graduation present next year will be Apple.

Absolute garbage. Have to constantly re enter credentials, not receiving notifications. Very buggy. Completely not ready for primetime. Total fail by Microsoft.

Still the app never asks/confirms before deleting the mail! When outlook mail was launched at that time they used to ask what features do you need . Till date this feature isn't available.
