gummy drop is my favorite game..... I have to change my my vote from 5 star to 1.the game keeps on kicking me out and lately I can't even access it. not happy at all.
I did give the game 5 stars but now it keeps going down and sometimes i cannot get it on at all.It keeps coming up do you want to cancel then 3 options wait report ok.please help.

Game froze at start-up, then is forced to quit happened after update
Good game, best match 3 in my opinion. I tried several. Most others are boring and/or need money to get to higher levels. some levels are difficult but always doable. I like traveling so it's fun to see all the famous sites! What I really do like is that there is no need to spend money. And (almost) no ads and no nagging for 5 stars(!). Extra challenges are cool and prevent the game from getting boring. Note: this game will not work properly on a low specs phone!
Have enjoyed this game so much. Been playing for a couple of years. Now I can't see my friends on Facebook and they can't see me. The game is difficult to load and I have lost all daily "perks" and gone back to day one. PLEASE sort it out!

Have been playing this game for over a year... great time killer.... suddenly one day when I power on... it starts me from beginning!? No way that I can see or find to do anything but start again from scratch. Nope. Very disappointing.
Great game loved it until the update. The update has set me back on my tablet not on my phone. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and it still will not work on my tablet. I'm 2 citiez behind where I should be. I'm beginning to think this game is not worth the aggravation.
Loved Gummy Drop till May 8. On that date I purchased the 27.99 coin package then completed hard level 72 in Key West. It then came up asking save to device or server. As always chose server and that is when all my coins disappeared and level 72 reset. I immediately contacted support. On May 10 I heard from Zen requesting additional information which I provided. To this date I have heard nothing on this issue.
Love the game until it stopped working, it gets to the introduction page then stops and comes up with a message telling me its not responding
I love the game, but customer assistance is non-existent! Also, beware of purchases - the moneys go out of your account and you don't receive the promised coins 😠

400 plus continuous game days have come to a halt as the app won't open since Mothers Day.

This has happened on and off in the past, but seems to have gotten worse... Every time I briefly navigate away from the app mid-game (e.g. open my podcast app for a few seconds to rewind) and then go back to Gummy Drop, the app restarts itself and I lose my game progress and a life.

2017 This is my favorite game! I don't find myself having to spend "real" money all the time to enjoy this game. Traveling to different cities and countries keeps it interesting. Update May 2020 I still love this game but the screen changes are so slow now! The last few updates over the last few months have really slowed it down. That gets frustrating.
Awesome, although those lives are very few. Also Lives are taking long to refill.

Stop working since the last update. I uninstall and install again, but t start all over from the begin. I was already on Taihti please fix the game.
Yet again have to update. Hate this. I just want to get my thrre stsrs on each level first. Once I've done that, then I'll move onto other challenges as I'll have learnt how to play the levels. All these updates are using up prescious memory for challenges I'm not ready to play yet! I'm sure there are other players who feel the same....

I have loved this game but have been having problems. I would be playing and the screen goes black and kick me out. I would have to start it back again and loss a life. Well today it says i need to update so i did and now i cant open the game. I have deleted it and reloaded it but still doing it. I was playing everyday until i did the new update. I play on my ipad. Very upset i cant get it too open up. Why am i having this problem. It sucks.
Had 11 cities completed and 350 days logged and update last month would not go through and could not continue to play. Had to delete game, reinstall and start all over at city 1. Good thing i like the game. Still feel there should be more than 3 free lives.
Best game around keeps me interested for hours .. still playing 4 years later:)
