Worst servers ever, doing extremely well if you get into the game and stay connected for more than 2 minutes. Been playing this game for years and has now become an epic disaster.

Another decent game ruined by its own servers and bad connectivity. When the game was launched EA pulled it for months because it was such a poorly written and designed game, they'd been greedy and released way before it was ready. Pretty pathetic for a company of EA size.

Once again I've been booted out of the game. I've tried times to change password but I'm not receiving any of the request emails. I've paid too much money into this game just to give it up now. I've tried to request some answers with no response. If anyone can help it would be great. OK an update.....I haven't been able to play the game all year (same issues as above) its now May 2020...after many many years and a lot of money spent, I have to start again. Not happy.

I suddenly cannot open the game anymore. The only thing I can access is the downloading screen that appears first. From then on it takes forever to load and it doesnt seem the game would open any time soon. Been like this for a few days.

It's a great app, only issue I have with it is the fact that everytime I'm going through my friends towns I go back to the loading screen several times which is super frustrating.

Terrible servers that always dropped out and now have lost all my progress for no reason. Tried logging in and then out and still showing level 1. Uninstalled and reinstalled not a blind bit of difference.
IT"S GOOD
I've had this game for years and I'm in love with it, however recently (it seems to be the only recent updates) I haven't been able to log in, I need to log in everytime I open the game, then I'm met with a error message saying an errors occurred and to try later, which leads me to having to uninstall the game to re install it just so I can log in! And by that time you don't even want to play the game because it was too time consuming and difficult to log in!

It's pretty fun once you are able to build half the town. Good for the occasional poking at when you got some spare time. [edit] I've come back to this game 6 years later, surprised my account still works! I do feel like it takes forever to load and there's a lot of lag in play. Also, why can't I zoom out more to see more of the town in one go? It's really frustrating when trying to find an empty plot of land.

I did Love the game but haven't been able to load game for days now.
It's a good game, but I've encountered a bug, I was doing the end of the beginning quest and after Homer finished looking for the last ROSA part in Krusty land, it told me to go back to Springfield, it wasn't working for me so I left the game and re-entered, but I could no longer find the quest and I know I haven't completed it because I haven't unlocked the mini game. Can u plz fix this.

Reinstalled the app and have been playing for a while now, but last 24 hrs its not loading i just keep getting the spinning donut and doesn't give any error message
Have been playing this game for many years with no issues what so ever, but now I can not log into my account and have lost everything! I contacted customer support and it is far to confusing, waiting for an email from them (which is taking ages) to try and resolve the issue! I am beginning to think that the last update has caused an issue.
Great game but connection to servers ability is terrible and I have to wait for it to reconnect which usually takes 5+ goes.
I've been playing this game for 3 years. The new update has made it impossible to play because there is too much going on and my phone or connection can't keep up.. I'll have to uninstall..... 2 years on and still playing.

BEST GAME EVER
I have been playing Tapped Out for a number of years. It's a great fun to play game with regular updates. However, the game crashes a lot, and signs me out. This needs a fix. Also, it would be good, if all the cash could be collected in one go, rather than multiple tapps.
